What we store

To close your account or delete all your data, request it by email; it is completed within 7 days. Deleted data disappears from backups as they expire.
Third-party language models
Language models are used only to understand design intent and answer questions. The current provider is MiniMax, with automatic failover to DeepSeek. Every number comes from the Torkora calculation engine.

- Drawings, images and reports are never sent.
- Customer data is not used to train language models. How the provider handles the text it receives is governed by its published terms.
- Do not enter confidential material in the chat.
Storage & security
- HTTPS encryption in transit.
- Passwords are stored as salted hashes; 5 failed attempts lock the account for 10 minutes.
- Automatic daily backups, with an off-site copy.
- Torkora accounts and data are stored separately and are not shared with any other site.
